The applicant has stated that the two homes ;hat <br />abut the subject properly have tivee and four bedrooms. 1924 <br />State St. is a tlu•ee bedroom home with 2,282 sq.ft. of living <br />area and 1932 State St. is a four bedroom home with 2,410 <br />sq.ft. Thc subject home has only one bedroom and 720 sq.ft. <br />of living area. <br />b. Conclusions: Existing homes in the area typically range from <br />two to fivc bedrooms. The subject home is smaller than tlie <br />typical size home for the azca. <br />
