An assurance device must be provided to cover the cost of monitoring and maintenance <br />prior to issuance of any building permits. <br />P. An environmentally sensitive area protective covenant for each lot must be submitted to <br />the Pianning Depanment for review and approval prior to issuance oi any buiiding <br />permits. The covenants must be recorded on the titte of each lot. The covenants must <br />have a legal description for the entire lot and restricted areas, and must h2ve an <br />approved building permit site pian attached. � <br />10.
