The last inspectioas, for drywall nailing and for Plumbing and Iv�echanical rough-ins, <br />were done in October 1999. The Uniform Building Code provides that all pemuts expire by <br />limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abwdoned at any time after <br />work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevenc the permit from expirir.g <br />without documencacion of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing prc>gress, <br />or 2) Request final inspectioii if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond before the permit expiration date of Apri125, 2000. After that time the file <br />will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming without final approval.
