/'` <br />A. A narrative statement that addresses the following: <br />��. <br />1. Detailed explanation of the specific variance request. <br />2. The followirig are the special circumstances which apply to the property which <br />deprive me of rights and privileges which are enjoyed by other properties in <br />the vicinity under the identical zone classification. <br />3. The variance requested will not be detrimental to the public welfare or <br />injurious to the properties or improvements in the vicinity of a zone in which <br />the property is located. <br />4. If this variance is not granted, an unnecessary hardship will continue to the <br />owner of this property, the cause of which is beyond his control. <br />5• So as not to grant a special privilege to me by the granting of this variance, <br />I submit the following conditions to be imposed so as not to cause inconsistencies <br />with other properties in the vicinity and zone in which 1 <br />am located. <br />B. Vicinity Map - A map showing the proposed property in relation to major roads, <br />commercial centers, city limits, etc. (suggested scale 1" = 1000') <br />C. A proposed land use �lan containing the fo;!owing (drawn to a scale not less than <br />1" = 50' or more than 1" = 100°). <br />1. All dimensions of property: square feet, lot dimensions or number of acres in <br />site. <br />2. Location of existing and proposed structures in relation to the site area boundaries. <br />3. Parking and loading areas. <br />4. Traffic access and circulation. <br />5. Open space, undisturbed areas, landscaping, refuse and service areas, utilities, <br />signs and yard setbacks. <br />Applicant <br />NOTE: <br />The Administrator reserves the right not to accept this application until it is <br />reviewed and is determined to be complete. After a completed application is <br />accepted, a Public Hearing date will be establi:;hed. <br />
