JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />Everett, Washi�gton <br />�.y ��,:� <br />THIS IS a Joint Development Agreement,and�a�-�e#�-r�}gh#—e� <br />Ref�sa-a: The parties to this agreement are D. H. SCHWANTES and HAZEL M. <br />SCHWANTES, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Schwantes; and DALLAS <br />R. OLSON, JR., a single person, and C. J. EBERT, a single person, hereinafter <br />referred to as Olson and Ebert. <br />RECITALS <br />Schwantes are the owners of certain real property described as Lots 51 <br />and 52 of Block 372 of the Plat of Everett, Division G, recorded in Volume <br />1792 of Plats of Snohomish Ccunty at Page 1276, records of Snohomish County, <br />Washington. <br />Olson and Ebert are the contract purchasers of certain real property <br />which adjoins on the South the real property of Schwantes, described above. <br />The real property being purchased on contract by Olson and Ebert is described <br />as lots 53 and 54 of Block 372 of the Plat of Everett, Division G, recorded <br />in Volume 1792 of Plats of Snohomish County, at Page 1276, records of <br />Snohomish County, Washington LESS the East 75 feet 5 inches of said Lots 53 <br />and 54. <br />Olson and Ebert plan to develop the property which they are purchasing. <br />It is to the mutual benefit of Schwantes and Olsun and Ebert to cooperate in <br />the development of the above-described properties owned by each of them. <br />AGREEMENT <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and covenanis contained herEin, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />Schwantes does hereby grant to Olson and Ebert, their agents, successors <br />and assigns, the right to perform grading, sloping, and filling on a portion <br />of the propert,y owned by Schwantes approximately described as: the West 50 <br />feet of the East 125 feet of Lots 51 and 52, as described above, hereinafter <br />referred to as "fill area."
