&ZA-0 Everett Public Works <br />March 3, 2011 <br />RUNTE MATTHEW <br />2215 124TH ST SE <br />EVERETT, WA 98208 <br />RE: STATUS OF YOUR CITY OF EVERETT PERMIT(S) <br />Job Address: 1711 21ST ST <br />Permit: C0810-005 Additions, Repairs <br />FILE COPY <br />(Please reference both permit number and address when calling or writing) <br />According to our records, we do not have final Building approval for the permit(s) listed above <br />(Plumbing and Mechanical work has been approved). See the enclosed Inspection Activity <br />Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building Code and International <br />Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the work is not commenced or is <br />suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. Work under your permits will no longer be <br />authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspections are performed. Please contact us by April 14, 2011 to schedule <br />inspections or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without <br />final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit <br />once again reaches expiration.
