FORM B <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) <br />t <br />Section 1: On April 10, 1972 _ the hercinabove described <br />building(s) or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, were examined by <br />the City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or structure(s), <br />or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the City of Everett Building <br />Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1. Sub -Standard Plumbing which includes unvented fj.xtures and sump pump defects. <br />2. Extensive damage to the interior by vandals <br />3. Basement stairway is structurally unsound. <br />4.
