Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of said building code is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such violator shall be punishable by fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for:not more than 90 days or by both such fine and impri.sonment. If the work specified in this notice is performed by the City of Everett Building Official the costs of srid work shall be charged to the owner(s) or parties in interest of the real property on which said building(s), or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof is (are) located and unless such costs have been previously paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest- such costs shall be levied and collected as a special assessment against said real property.
