I wrote to Mr. Sanford on April 14, 1975. We have the property boarded up to illegal entry. I have also told Mr. Sanford that we will periodically be inspecting the property. Danard € Associates, realtor within the vicinity of the property, also will do a drive -by occasionally to see that the property is secure. I am sending Mr. Sanford a copy of my letter to you. I know that he will be corresponding directly with you concerning the house. I don't know what he will be able to do at this time; however, as the mortgagee, we do have an interest in the property and hopefully we will be able to keep said property secure from damage :until Mr. Sanford can take proper steps to eliminate the problem entirely. We hope that the action we have taken as far as securing the property will forestall any action on the part of the City of Everett until such time as Mr. Sanford is able to take care of the matter.
