t FORM D NOTICE OF PRESENTATION OF BUILDING OFFICIAL REQUEST TO CITY COUNCIL FOR AN ORDER Section 1: That the City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative shall request the'Everett City Council to order you and each of you prosecuted as a violator of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code and shall further request the Everett City Council to order the City of 'Everett Building Official to proceed with the work, specified and required in the NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) dated the llth day of April 19 75 which was heretofore properly served upon you and each/of- you because of the failure, neglect or refusal of you and each of YOU to comply with the provisions of said notice. Section 2: Said request shall be presented at the regular scheduled public meeting of the Everett City Council to be held on the 28th day of July , 19 76 , commencing at'the hour of 10:00 a.m.in the City Council Room, Everett, City Nall, Everett, Washington. Section 3: You and each of you and/or your authorized representative(s) shall have the right to appear ppear at said meeting of the Everett City Council and to present such evidence and/or arguments relating to this matter as you and each of you or your authorized representatives) may l desire. Failure to appear and/or present evidence and/or arguments shall not bar the Everett City Council from hearing or acting upon said request of the City of Everett Building Offical or his duly authorized representative. Action of the Everett City Council shall be final; provided, however, you and each of you have the right to seek reXief from said final action of the Everett City Council from the Superior Court of the State of*Washington. Section 4: This official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of Everett Building Code, Capter 1G.04 Everett City Code adopting and amending Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials. Copies of said code are available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Ball, Everett, Washington.
