February 18, 1987 <br />Ruth Hyde <br />YS10 21st St-eet <br />Everett, Wa y82G1 <br />P.e: 28104 21st Street, Everett <br />Dear �1s Hyde; <br />On February 10, 1987 the c:ity uf EYerett Building Inspection Division <br />received a request from lour tenant at 2810� 21st Street for a Housing <br />Code Inspection of the dwelling unit. <br />An inspection was conducted and the following deficiencies were noted <br />pursuant to Sec. 1001 of the Uniforn Housing Code: <br />l. <br />2 <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />The metal shower stall is aeteriorated, rusty, leaky <br />and insanitary. <br />There is a lack of adeauate heating facilities due to <br />faulty equipment. <br />a. Electrical heating was installed withcut proper permits <br />and without being insoected. <br />L-. A room temperature of 70°F at a point 3 feet aLrove the <br />floor in all habitable rooms shall be pr.ovided �or the <br />dwelling. <br />There is dampness in the structure. <br />There is deteriorated or inadequate floor supports for the <br />east side ot the structure. <br />The floor on the east side of the structure slopes causing <br />strain on framing members and doorways which are no longer <br />plunb. <br />The foundation area is presently inaccessable because the <br />cover for the crawl snace cannot be removed. <br />the E'. e.�t�ri�,�n <br />arv oF <br />everett <br />
