Descrintion of Violation <br />The follo�ving conditions constitute a violatiun under Section 19A1.OSOA of the Everett <br />Municipal Code which states: <br />U�iless othenvise exempted by city building regulations, no person, firm or <br />corporation shall erect, construct, enlarge, expand, alter, repair, move, remove, <br />convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy, or maintain any building or structure <br />( including signs) or cause or permit the same to be done without obtaining a <br />building permit or a sign permit. <br />Our records indicatc that the recently constructed garage in the front of your <br />property �sas constructcd without the buildine permit. <br />Il. Correcti��e Action Requircd <br />1'o eliminate this violation, you must obtain a permit for the garagc and construct it <br />consistent �vith the Uniform Building Codc requircments or remove it from this <br />property�.
