Remove all siding from house up to 30 inches high in order <br />to remove rotted wood underneath, Remove and replace 42 feet <br />of rim joists.$emove 81 replace 52 feet double plates under <br />rim joists. Replace siding with T-1-11 plywood with dripcap <br />over. n � L <br />2. Remove siding up to 30 inches high around front porch. <br />Rebuild plinth walls. Replace siding w/T-1-11 plywood w/drip- <br />cap over. Remove porch floor & replace all porch floor joists. <br />Replace floor w/vertical grain fir 1 by 4 t 8;9 flooring. <br />Rebuild front steps. Drill holes thru concrete rails & put <br />turnbuckle between to pull them into correct alignment. <br />a /� > <br />3. Replace 6 14 foot joists under N.E. corner of house. <br />Cut off support posts where necessary and install plinth <br />blocks to obtain minimum clearence from soil. cover ground <br />under house with 4 mil. visqueen, install screen vents for <br />proper ventilation &hinged ,latching access door. <br />
