As i mentioned to you during our dis- <br />cussion, i am the pastor of the Church of God at 2201 Wet- <br />more Ave. and have placed the house at the 1710 address <br />for sale. We have a buyer and are suppoaed to be closing <br />xith them by the 14th of February. <br />We are in deaperate need of separation of sever and xatera <br />I think you said the amount would be in the area of ;650 plus <br />permita. I again ask you ior permission to pay the amount <br />owed within 45 days after the work is done.
