The structure is hazardous to the health, �afety and welfare of the <br />general public. <br />10. Work is being condcted on the structure without the required building <br />permits. <br />.11. The electrica� wiring and service is more than 50 years old and is <br />considered sub,tandard and hazardous. <br />12. There is a lack of weather protection for the structure. <br />Deficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniforni Ccde for the Abatement of Dangerous <br />P.uildings, Sec. 302: <br />1. The structue is manifestly unsafe for the purpose for which it is <br />being used. <br />2. The structure, in its deteriorated condition, has become an <br />attractive nuisance to children ana a harbor for vagzants. <br />3. The stxucture is maintained in violation of Ordinance No. 1247-86 of <br />th2 City of Everett relating to the condition of strur.tures. <br />4. The structure is in such a condition as to constitute a public <br />nuisance knowr to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br />� <br />
