II The City of Everett Building Official has found the buildings which are located on the above—deacribed property to be dangerous. The following deficiencles render the building dangerous pursuant to Section 302 of r.he Uniform Code for rhe Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: The ar.ructure is manifeatly unsafe for the purpose for which it is being uaed. The sr.ructure, in irs deteriorated condir.ion, has become an attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. The atructure is maintained in violation of Ordinance No. 1247-86 of the City of Everett relating to the condition of s�ructures. The sr.ructure is in such a condition as to constir.ute a public nuisance knoxn to r.he common law or in equity juriaprudence. ZII The buildings shall either be repaired in accordance wir.h the currenr. Building Code, or rhey shall be dem.olished.
