II The City of Everett Building Official has found the buildings which <br />are located on the above—deacribed property to be dangerous. The <br />following deficiencles render the building dangerous pursuant to <br />Section 302 of r.he Uniform Code for rhe Abatement of Dangerous <br />Buildings: <br />The ar.ructure is manifeatly unsafe for the purpose for which it <br />is being uaed. <br />The sr.ructure, in irs deteriorated condir.ion, has become an <br />attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. <br />The atructure is maintained in violation of Ordinance <br />No. 1247-86 of the City of Everett relating to the condition of <br />s�ructures. <br />The sr.ructure is in such a condition as to constir.ute a public <br />nuisance knoxn to r.he common law or in equity juriaprudence. <br />ZII The buildings shall either be repaired in accordance wir.h the currenr. <br />Building Code, or rhey shall be dem.olished. <br />IV Since the buildings are uninhabitable in their present condition, <br />they ahall be vacated within seven (7) days of the date of the Order <br />and remain vacant until such time as thay are repaired in accordance <br />with r.he current Building or demolished. <br />V If r4e ownera elecr to repair the buildings according to the current <br />Building Code, all permits must be secured therefore and the work ' <br />physically commenced within 30 days of r.he date of thie Order. Such appeal musr be in writing as is required in the <br />Uniform Housing Code and filed wir.h the Building Official wir.hin 30 <br />days from the date of service of this Notice and Order. �ailure to <br />appeal will conatirute a waiver of all right r.o an administrative <br />hearing and determination of the mar.rer. <br />IX On June 22, 1988, at 8:30 a.m., rhe IIuilding Official will submit, a <br />resolur.ion to r.he Everetr.
