The structue is manifestly unsafe for the purpose for which it is being used. 2. The structure, in its deteriorated condition, has become an attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. 3. The structure is maintained in violation of Ordinance No. 1247-86 of the City of Everett relating to the condition of structures. 4. The structure is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. 1809 - 22nd Street Deficiencies ntoed pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code, Sec. 1001: 1. Windows are broken out. 2. Water to the structure has been shut off. 3. The electrical service to the structure has been shut off. 4. There is a lack of heating facilities. 5. There is a lack of weather protection on the interior and exterior of the structure. 6. The electrical wiring and service are more than 50 years old and considered inadequate, hazardous and substandard. 7. The structure is occupied. 8. The structure is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and welfare of the general public. 9. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the structure.
