The structue is manifestly unsafe for the purpose for which it is <br />being used. <br />2. The structure, in its deteriorated condition, has become an <br />attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. <br />3. The structure is maintained in violation of Ordinance No. 1247-86 of <br />the City of Everett relating to the condition of structures. <br />4. The structure is in such a condition as to constitute a public <br />nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br />1809 - 22nd Street <br />Deficiencies ntoed pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code, Sec. 1001: <br />1. Windows are broken out. <br />2. Water to the structure has been shut off. <br />3. The electrical service to the structure has been shut off. <br />4. There is a lack of heating facilities. <br />5. There is a lack of weather protection on the interior and exterior of <br />the structure. <br />6. The electrical wiring and service are more than 50 years old and <br />considered inadequate, hazardous and substandard. <br />7. The structure is occupied. <br />8. The structure is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and <br />welfare of the general public. <br />9. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />structure. <br />
