Building Official has found the buildings which <br />are situated on the above -described property to be substandard. The <br />following deficiencies render the buildings substandard pursuant to <br />Sec. 1001 of. the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. Windows are broken out. <br />2. Water to the structure has been shut off. <br />3. The electrical service to the structure has been shut off. <br />4. Thera is a lack of heating facilities. <br />5. There is a lack of weather protection on the interior and exterior of <br />the structure. <br />6. The electrical wiring and service are more than 50 years old and <br />considered inadequate, hazardous and substandard. <br />7. The structure is occupied. <br />8. The structure is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and <br />welfare of the general public. <br />9. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />structure. <br />
