Building Official has found the buildings which are situated on the above -described property to be substandard. The following deficiencies render the buildings substandard pursuant to Sec. 1001 of. the Uniform Housing Code: 1. Windows are broken out. 2. Water to the structure has been shut off. 3. The electrical service to the structure has been shut off. 4. Thera is a lack of heating facilities. 5. There is a lack of weather protection on the interior and exterior of the structure. 6. The electrical wiring and service are more than 50 years old and considered inadequate, hazardous and substandard. 7. The structure is occupied. 8. The structure is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and welfare of the general public. 9. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the structure.
