The property is legally described as: <br />BLK 475 D-00 - LOTS 31 & 32 <br />During two recent inspections of the residence, I noted the following conditions or <br />defccts that ntay be censidered dangerous pursuant to the Uniform Itousing Code and/or <br />Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as adopted by the City of <br />Everctt: <br />(1) The fumace is possibly venting into the bascment, causing soot to accumulate in the <br />resideitce and causing possible carbon monoxide-relaled health effects upon Uie <br />tenant. <br />(2) The drain for the sink in the bathroom is not hooked up properly. <br />(3) The hand la, bry in the the bathroom is impropedy hung on thc wall. <br />(4) The flooring aiound the toilet is deteriorated. <br />(5) The spout on the kitctten sink is broken off. <br />(6) 'fhe trash, debris, garb�ge nnd junk appliances �round the exterior of the house must <br />bc removed and disposed of propedy. <br />Your immediate nttention is required in correcting these conditions. Tlie work conducted <br />to correct these conditions may require permits. Pennit requirements are mandated by the <br />Nashington State Legislahire nnd enforced by the City of Everett.
