Sec. 090 B that <br />multiple driveways are to be separated by 20'. The existinp drive is 22' and Proposal'B' <br />indicates that maximum s'eparation available for this configuration is !0'. <br />Present traffic on 22nd St. is minimal with virtually no parking. Improvements are limited <br />to a roadway section and a 5' concrete sidewalk. . <br />E.M.C. 13.16.110 - The City Council is' authorized to grant, in writing, variances from the <br />regulations and requirements of this chapter (t3).. <br />RECOh1P1EN0ATI0N: ' <br />Public Works recommends that Plan 'B' i� acceptable based on present configurations of the <br />right-of-way. Future development will require the property owner to be responsible for <br />additional costs based on multiple driveways. <br />
