<br /> 1 and/�r approved and demonstrates to the City Engineer's satisfaction,
<br /> 2 acceptable compliance with its requirements, the City may, after inspection,
<br /> 3 acceptance, and acknowledgment of the proper posting of the required
<br /> 4 bonds as specified in Section 10 of this ordinance, assume operation I -
<br /> 5 and maintenance of the facilities. I

<br /> 6 In cases in which all or part of the drainage facilities are not i �
<br /> i
<br /> � accessible for maintenance purposes due to overlying structures or other
<br /> �,
<br /> g causes, the City shall be held harmless for damages which might occur ��
<br /> � due to failure of design or workmanship of those segments, and further
<br /> 10 will not be responsible for their maintenance, replacement, or rehabil-
<br /> 11 itation. In such cases, responsibility shall revert to the existing
<br /> 12 awner of such facilities.
<br /> 13 Section 12: A�plicabilitv to Governmental Entities
<br /> 14 All municipal corporations and governmental entities shall be re- I
<br /> 15 9uired to submit a arainage plan and cor.�ply with the terms of this ordinance
<br /> 16 When developing and/or improving land including, but not limited to,
<br /> i� road building, and widening, buildings, facilities, ar parking lots
<br /> �g within the areas of the City. s

<br /> 19 It is recognized that mar�y other city, ca�nty, state, and federal � �

<br /> 20 permit conditions may apply to the proposed action and that compliance ;

<br /> 28 of notice by the Ci.ty.
<br /> 29 2. Any person or persons violating this chapter or rule or regulation
<br /> 30 adopted hereunder, or by any act of commission or omission, procures,
<br /> 31 aids, or abets such violation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
<br /> 32 upon conviction, shall. he punished by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred
