These comments <br />address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such <br />as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by <br />the State of Washington and/or Wasnington State Energy Code 1991, 2nd Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />1. The existing building is classified as a Type II-N sprinklered building. Wood is not allowed within <br />Type II-N construction. Sec 1901. <br />2. The exit door from the addition must be 3'-0"x6'-8" minimum. Sec. 3304(f). <br />3. Provisions for roof drainage are required. Sec. 3207. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br />Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will <br />recommence. <br />All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient informatien to ensure that the <br />proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />Sincere] <br />e rey-S.
