Expected to last 45 mins. The <br /> public is encouraged to attend <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the city of Everett in the amount <br /> of $9,079,822.06 for the period of September 27, 2008 through October 3, 2008 <br /> (2) To approve the closure of various streets for the 21st Annual Puget Sound Festival of <br /> Bands on October 25, 2008, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., sponsored by the Cascade High School <br /> Band Boosters with the condition that personnel be on site and prepared to <br /> accommodate emergency vehicle access in the event of an emergency <br /> ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually) <br /> (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between City of Everett and <br /> Snohomish County regarding traffic signal maintenance on Airport Road <br /> (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Otak for the <br /> Gateway Plan in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 <br /> (5) Adopt Resolution No. declaring as surplus the City owned real property located at <br /> the Southeast corner of Colby Avenue and Wall Street commonly known as the Allen- <br /> Buick Property and authoring the Mayor to execute its sale to Touchstone Corporation <br /> per the Property Purchase Agreement <br /> (6) CB 0809-47 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Section <br /> 3(B) of Chapter 4 of Ordinance No. 2530-01, as amended, pertaining to the City's <br /> Local Project Review Procedures (EMC 15.16.080) <br /> AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE <br />
