Port Gardner Fireworks has submitted the appropriate permit, Certificate of Insurance <br /> and completed the Washington Sate Patrol application for the fireworks display and has submitted <br /> such documents to the City of Everett Fire Department Prevention Division. All displays will be <br /> conducted a licensed pyrotechnician.
