Costs are estimated as of the effective date of this AGREEMENT. Estimated <br /> costs may be adjusted annually to reflect current labor and material charges. This figure does <br /> not include the cost of work performed by COUNTY personnel in response to work orders <br /> issued upon request by the CITY in accordance with Section 3 of this AGREEMENT. The <br /> above costs include the current COUNTY administration rate of 15%. This rate may be <br /> adjusted annually as identified in Section 4.0 of this AGREEMENT. <br />
