The consultant <br /> team will hold an internal project kick-off meeting following the client kick-off meeting. <br /> Ongoing Project Management and Coordination& Preparation of Progress <br /> Reports/Invoices <br /> Otak's project manager will coordinate with The City of Everett's project manager for <br /> contractual and directorial lead throughout the duration of the project. This subtask <br /> includes time for preparation of progress reports and invoices tied to specific deliverables, as <br /> well as for miscellaneous communications and phone calls related to project coordination <br /> throughout the life of the project, as indicated on the attached project schedule. <br /> Review Existing Planning Documents <br /> Otak will review and analyze existing planning documents including the Everett <br /> Comprehensive Plan Urban Design and Economic Development sections. The purpose of <br /> review and analysis is to reaffirm the intent of the City Council in the design and <br /> implementation of Gateway Streetscapes. <br /> Overall Goal and Project Objective Development <br /> At the kickoff meeting with city staff Otak will facilitate defining project goals and objectives <br /> and will assist the city's project team with this effort. Otak will provide examples from <br /> similar project and efforts and will lead the city's team in defining both project goals and <br /> objectives. <br /> Task 1.0 Deliverables <br /> • Progress reports to support invoices <br /> • A one page goals and objectives sheet that is suitable for presentation at a community <br /> meeting. The document will be included as a section of the gateway master plan <br /> document. <br /> Task 2.0 <br /> Exhibit Mapping and Digital Image Documentation <br /> GIS Exhibit Mapping <br /> Otak will direct city staff to prepare detailed maps showing the eight gateway specific sites <br /> and adjacent properties and property ownership. Otak will also work with city staff to <br /> prepare an overall map of the city showing the gateway specific site locations will be <br /> prepared for use at meetings.
