In that ordinance, staff inadvertently omitted several <br /> recent additions to Section 15.16.080 that had not yet been incorporated into the codified version of the <br /> Everett Municipal Code. This ordinance is necessary to restore the omitted provisions back into the EMC. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt Ordinance Amending Section 3(B) of <br /> Chapter 4 of Ordinance No. 2530-01, as amended, pertaining to the City's Local Project Review Procedures <br /> (EMC 15.16.080). <br />
