We are al.so <br /> concerned with the headroom over the bedroom steps which is <br /> approximately 5 ' 6" where 6 ' 6" is requi�red. <br /> The plwnbing and wiring is adequate with the exception o£ <br /> the lanp cord outlet iaired into the overhead light in the <br /> upper eastern bedroom. <br /> If tl:e headroom over the steps can be corrected we will <br /> certify the structure as a two bedroor� dwelling, othenaise, <br /> we can only certify it as a one bedroom. <br /> In either case tl-ie lamp cord wiring must be removed.
