The following deficiencies render the dwelling unit dangerous pureuant to Section 302 of the Uniform Code f.or the Abatement of Dangerous Buildinge. 1. The basement is unsafe in ita preaent condition to be used as a dcrelling unit. 2. The basement of the structure is Ueing used in violation of the Unifor.m Housing Code as adopted by City of Everer.t Ordinance 1247-86. III Since the basemenr dwelling unir, is uninhabitable in ir.s present condition, it ahall be vacated within aeven (7) days from the date of thia Order and remain vacated.
