The short subdi�iision approval for this site required payment <br /> of school mitigation fees prior to the issuance of a building permit on either lot. We <br /> have no record that any such payment was provided to the Mukilteo School District. <br /> The school district also verified that no payment �vas made. It appears that the building i <br /> permit was issued in error, since no documentation was provided for payment of the <br /> mitigation fee. <br /> `��r inspections�will be conducted for your project until a receipt of payment of <br /> s�hoof mitigation fees is provided to the Planning Department.
