The Appellant is the owner ef the property at 9031 — 11�h Place West, <br /> Everett, Washington. This parcel, lot 25 of the plat of Sundance Greens, <br /> was part of a Planned Residential Development approved by Snohomish <br /> County in 1985. The PRD �vas annexed into the City of Everett in 1990. <br /> The Appellant seeks approval to construct a 10 foot x 29 foot, two-story• ; <br /> addition to the existing residence on the subject property. (exhi6it 1, , <br /> Brodhead testimony & Palacios testimony) <br /> 2. Admitted at the: public hearing as exhibit 6 was a portion of the PRD map <br /> which depicts the subject property. The property, lot 25, is immediately <br /> south of Tract 999, which is undeveloped. It is the intent of the Appellant <br /> to construct an addition to the house on the north portion of lot 25, <br /> immediafely adjacent to Tract 999. (exhibit 6, Brodhead testimony) <br /> 3. The Appellant proposed the additional two bedrooms in order to provide <br /> �ufficient room for him and his family, which includes eight children. No <br /> new utility service, including sewer or water, is required. There will be no <br /> increase in the number of bathrooms on-site. (Brodhead testimony) <br /> 2� <br />
