3 <br /> SELECTION PROCESS <br /> The City will establish a selection committee comprised of City staff members and/or <br /> professionals outside the city to review responses and select, if applicable, respondents for an <br /> interview. SOQs will be reviewed to determine the ability of the respondent to meet the <br /> City's objectives for development of the project as demonstrated in the proposer's SOQ. <br /> Selection consideration for the interview will be based on the respondent's score in the first <br /> five categories, a possible total of 120 points. The City may choose to interview up to four <br /> respondents. The score of the first 5 categories will be added to the score of the Oral <br /> Interview for a possible total of 160 points in the selection process. <br /> Categories: <br /> 1. Assembled Team's Experience with Similar Projects/Site Issues 40 points <br /> 2. Firm's Experience with Similar Projects/Site Issues 15 points <br /> 3. Final Design Concept—Fit with City Objectives 20 points <br /> 4. DBE Participation Requirements {for city—not FTA. No FTA $ here} 5 points <br /> 5. Project Approach—Project Management Narrative 40 points <br /> Subtotal possible 120 points <br /> 6.
