The house closed May 5, 1987 and <br /> "passe�i" the City' s final inspection Lhe last part of April . <br /> To date, th� items have not yet been completed, especially <br /> what w2 believe may be some structual items. <br /> �r�e aiso have� a c�ncern with the builder, Paragon Construction <br /> who is ce,rniating a.. house just to the north of us on the next <br /> lot. They have brought in dirt and are now higher than our <br /> lot. i�:�en we questioned the builder, Jim Owen, as to what his <br /> plans for the drainage between the two lots was goiny to be, <br /> l�is comment was that it was between the owner (to be) and our- <br /> s�ives .
