Nelson, p=o- <br /> vide for and pay the cost of construction of st=eet improvementa, <br /> including, curb:�, gutters, sidewalks and miscelaneous, for their <br /> project at 8303 Hardeson Road, Everett, Washim3ton. The cost of auch <br /> atreet improvements is estimated by the City of Evesett at $16,000.00. <br /> We further undexstand that s�ua=antee of payment of suah amount must <br /> be made before issuance of a building •pezmt, <br /> [ Wa have on deposit in Savings Accounts of James E. Nelson, Savings <br /> Account No. 02-151822-3 and #02-13478-�, over the aum of $16,000.00, <br /> which will be held as security to cover the costs of the streemerrt <br /> improvements mentioned above. That such funds will be held in said <br /> accounts, and not diabursed to James E. Nelson, until after such st=eet <br /> improvements have been paid for by said Richard W. Harris and James E. <br /> Nelson, and the City of Everett has satisfied itself that the work paid <br /> fo= has actually been pesformed. <br /> In the event that Mr. Harris and Mx.
