This is based on a telephone <br /> conversation with Mr. Steve Ingalsve in the Snohomish County Planning <br /> Departrnent that took place on July 7, �ggg, <br /> In order to achieve the Leq 60 d8 limit, it wi11 be necessary to erect a <br /> barrier 7 feet high extending from the northwest corner of unit 1 in a <br /> westerly direction for 20 feet to the propertly line, then south for a <br /> distance of 60 feet to a point in line with the south side of unit 4. <br /> To have satisfactory acoustical performance, the barrier should weigh at least <br /> 4 pounds per square foot and have no gaps or openings, including along the <br /> �round. Acceptable materials include wood of sufficient thickness�, masonry or <br /> concrete.
