The building <br /> is partially completed �approximately 6U%). Overall, the building is <br /> in good condition and structurally Yhere is no major repair or replace- <br /> ment necessary. <br /> However, the following items should be accomplished prior to any <br /> new work: <br /> 1. Replace all exterior gypsum wall board. <br /> 2. All of the wet floor plywood shall be replaced. <br /> 3. Replace broken and/or missing wall studs. <br /> 4. Pump out water in the south end of the basement <br /> and check foundation and column connections. <br /> 5. All oi the cantilevered balcony Trus 7oist members <br /> (TJI's) that have plywood nailed to their sides shall <br /> be re-nailed. <br /> 6.
