The agreement <br /> shall continue for a period of 1 year. The annual amount of required propane is estimated at less than$5,000 <br /> and shall be paid from the Animal Shelters operating budget. <br /> The Legal Depatlatent recommends that this agreement be brought before Council because the Commercial <br /> Propane Gas Sales Agreement contains an indemnification clause which is standard to the propane industry. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Commercial Propane Gas Sales Agreement with Suburban Propane for the <br /> supply of propane for the Everett Animal Shelter. <br /> 12 <br />
