We support the approval of the current Riverside Historical Overlay Zone application for <br /> these reasons: <br /> 1) We think this will help preserve our neighborhood as it currently stands. <br /> 2) We feel this will help blend the old and the new by setting standards for future <br /> development. <br /> 3) This is not designed to prevent changes.
