The project will include upgrades to the kitchen with a larger pantry area and space for additional refrigerators and freezers. An elevator will be added to allow access from the garage to the main floor of the facility. The proposed Ordinance will fund the capital expenditures related to the expansion and upgrade of the Everett Senior Activity Center. The initial funding source is CIP IV with reimbursement from two grants.
