If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, <br /> you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days.
