City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2983-07 on April 18, 2007. The ordinance authorized the use of CIP 3 funds to plan,construct and install a replacement playground and access improvements. All work related to the playground replacement is complete and all costs have been accumulated. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt the ordinance closing the special improvement project entitled"Northwest Neighborhood Park Playground Replacement,"Fund 354,Program 035 as established by Ordinance No. 2983-07.
