The C-2 zone allows a wider range of <br /> commercial uses than the M-M zone. Both zoning designations are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan <br /> land use designation of 5.3—Light Industry. The Hearing Examiner held a public hearing on this application <br /> and recommended approval(see Findings and Recommendation dated October 30, 2008). <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Adopt Ordinance rezoning 1.3 acres of property located at the S.W. corner of 75th Street S.W. and Hardeson <br /> Road from M-M(Business Park)to C-2 (Heavy Commercial-Light Industrial). <br /> 67 <br />
