REZONE REZONE #08-001 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The request for a rezone of 1.3 acres from M-M <br /> (Manufacturing) to C-2 (Heavy Commercial/Light Industrial) on <br /> real property located at the southwest Corner of Hardeson Rd <br /> and 75th Street SW in Everett, Washington should be approved. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Hardeson Road LLC proposes a site-specific rezone of 1.3 acres from M-M (Manufacturing) to <br /> C-2 (Heavy Commercial/Light Industrial) in conjunction with a binding site plan to divide 16.33 <br /> acres into three lots. No specific development plans have been submitted for the rezone parcel at <br /> this time.
