1 3 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "SR 527 Improvement Project," Fund 396, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 2763-04. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled"SR 527 Improvement Project," Fund <br /> 396, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"SR 527 Improvement Project,"Fund 396, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2763-04, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"SR 527 Improvement Project," Fund 396, are as <br /> follows: <br /> A.
