Activities/Project Description <br /> The Subgrantee will be responsible for administering the Everett Youth Scholarships program in a <br /> manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of <br /> providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> [Complete description of activity to be undertaken including what projects,products or services are to be performed, where <br /> they are to be provided, for whom they are to be provided, how they are to be provided] <br /> Improvements will be made to three Boys and Girls Club Facilities in <br /> Everett. The improvements are as follows: <br /> Northeast Everett Club: <br /> Install cabinets for storage and equipment, replace basketball <br /> scoreboard, install new outdoor scoreboard, and repair/install fencing <br /> for the sports fields. <br /> Trailside Club: <br /> Replace doors, install security system, and install outdoor <br /> floodlights. <br /> Cascade Club: <br /> Replace roof, gutters and downspouts, and purchase and install a <br /> scoreboard for the gym. <br /> 1.6I <br /> A-1 <br />
