Space would be made available in Police Headquarters by moving certain Police functions <br /> and the Council Chambers to the Wall Street Building. <br /> This funding ordinance will provide initial funding(including a design contingency) for pre-design for both <br /> buildings. The level of detail in the pre-design will give us a good look at design elements,programming, <br /> and initial cost estimates for the project.
