There were no objections to the vacation at the public hearing. The Ordinance requires that a new alleyway be constructed and deeded to the City; the issuance of construction permits for the Potalla Village Project; and the reservation of an easement or alternate easement for utility purposes be provided. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Adopt Ordinance vacating that portion of the Alley abutting Lots 16 thru 21, Block 720, Plat of Everett Division "H", subject to the conditions as set forth in the Ordinance. 1 4 2.
