• <br /> ©0§3)fr <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO <br /> MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN SNOHOMISH COUNTY PUD, <br /> AND PUGET SOUND ENERGY <br /> The subject Memorandum between Puget Sound Energy (PSE) and Snohomish County <br /> PUD (PUD) dated is herein amended to incorporate the following: <br /> L_ PSE and PUD agree to include the City of Everett in an energy and water savings <br /> program called the Pre-Rinse Spray Head Program, subject to the terms and <br /> conditions of this Agreement as of October 15, 2008. <br /> • Including the City of Everett in this Agreement has been noticed in the subject <br /> Memorandum between PSE and PUD in section 2.1 as follows: The City of <br /> Everett may decide to participate in this program in full or in part, in which event <br /> this Agreement will be amended to provide that with respect to any payments <br /> made by the City of Everett to PSE, one dollar per installed unit will first be <br /> deducted from the amount of such payment and allocated to PSE as <br /> reimbursement for PSE's project management costs, and a percentage of the <br /> remainder of such payment which is equal to the percentage of the pre-rinse spray <br /> valves within the program that are found to use water heated with electricity will <br /> be promptly forwarded to Snohomish (as reimbursement for program costs <br /> previously paid by Snohomish). <br /> 2. The following section regarding compensation is amended as identified below: <br /> Section 2.2 Compensation from City of Everett <br /> 2.2.1 Payment Amount—Pre-Rinse Spray Head Program <br /> City of Everett will pay to PSE, on a monthly basis for each pre-rinse spray head or <br /> low flow aerators installation in which the water heating fuel source is electricity, up <br /> to a maximum of 1400 such sprayhead and 3000 aerator installations, as described <br /> below: <br /> • Payment of$25.00 for each installed 1.6 gpm spray head which replaces a 2.6 or <br /> 2.2 gpm spray head which has previously been installed under a PSE installation <br /> program. <br /> • Payment of$25.00 for each 1.6 gpm "first time" installed spray head which <br /> replaces a head which has not previously been installed under a PSE installation <br /> program. <br /> • Payment of$45.00 for each 1.0 or 0.6 gpm spray head which replaces any spray <br /> head which has previously been installed under a PSE installation program. <br /> • Payment of$45.00 for each 1.0 or 0.6 gpm spray head which replaces any spray <br /> head which has not previously been installed under a PSE installation program. <br /> • Payment of$2.50 for each installed aerator. <br /> ADDENDUM I to PRE-RINSE SPRAY HEAD PROGRAM 1 of 2 v.I.
