The agreement with Iron Mountain is for the retention,protection and <br /> verification of software and operating code to assure business continuity for regional fare collections. This <br /> agreement was anticipated in the project budget and requires no new funding. The agreement includes <br /> indemnification language requiring Council action before signature. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Three-Party Escrow Service Agreement with Iron Mountain, ERG and the <br /> City of Everett. <br /> 48 <br />
