These comments <br />address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br />(such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as <br />amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting <br />the corrections requested. <br />1. 2x10 H.F. #2 floor juists will not span 16'-0". Provide alternate design. <br />2. Show new garage width (22'-0") on foundation plan and floor plan (not just change dimensions). <br />3. On the foundation plan the porch is 5'-0" wide; on the floor plan it is 6'-0" wide. <br />4. Submit revised site plan to show corrected footprint of proposed residence. Verify that all <br />dimensions added together equal width and length of the lot. <br />5. Provide natural light and ventilation per Section 1203 UBC in family room. <br />6. Provide typical sections at garage/rec room and exterior wall at rec room. Show rigid insulation <br />and thermal break. <br />7. Provide new Wattsun Compliance Report reflecting actual areas specific to this structure. <br />8. Provide 1-3/8" solid core wood door wish self closer between the house and garage. <br />9.
